I wish to apply for membership. I agree to abide by the rules of LAAS International and furthermore to exempt LAAS International from any loss or injury sustained by me during the course of its activities.

FORM OF GUARANTEE. I the undersigned, being a member of the above named company, pursuant to clause 5 of the Memorandum of Association, hereby undertake to contribute to the assets of the Company, in the event of its being wound-up, while I am a member or within one year afterwards for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company contracted before I ceased to be a member, and the costs, charges and expenses in winding-up, and for the adjustments of rights of contributories amongst themselves, such amount as may be required not exceeding £1.00.
